BOSEN GROUP is the brand name we use for our credit advisory, capital and credit technology activities. Our advisory business is operated by Bosen Advisory M Sdn Bhd (202201019596 (1465293-T)), based at Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur. As our group structure develops, we will publish confirmed entity and governance information on this site.

We help borrowers and loan agents understand where an application stands before it reaches a bank. We review credit profiles, structure the application, explain what each bank assesses, and match it to suitable bank channels.

Our credit technology work focuses on making that matching faster and more consistent, using the real approval and rejection outcomes we have seen across our lending activity.

Who we serve: individual clients who want a clear path to a loan decision, loan agents and advisers who want better outcomes for their customers, banks and financial institutions looking for better-prepared applications, and business partners who want to work with us on lending in Malaysia.

Who builds it: BOSEN GROUP is led by Nick Lai (赖伟勇), Founder & CEO, with 17 years in financial lending services, having served Malaysia's top 4 banks and international banking institutions. Over 8 consecutive years he has built a high-performing Gen-Z sales force, giving us first-hand understanding of how banks assess, approve and decline applications.

Our long-term ambition is to build credit infrastructure that meets the standards expected of a publicly listed company: accurate data, clear governance and honest communication. We are at the early stage of that journey, and we would rather state what we can verify than what we hope.
